Get Started

Tell us about yourself. OHS personal medical/health history, lifestyle, nutrient and dietary questionnaire can be filled out online from any computer. You will answer questions on the OHS information sheet about your medical history, health and lifestyle, and describe the specific condition for which you are seeking help. Your information is kept confidential and is 100% secure.

Take a Blood Test

In order to restore and/or optimize your body’s hormone and nutrient levels, we need to have an idea of where your levels are now. An OHS diagnostic blood test is required. When you enroll in the OHS optimization program, you will receive a Lab Corp order form with a requisition number on it and there will be a section to enter your zip code to find the nearest Lab Corp draw center.  This is a fasting type of blood test so you will be required to refrain from eating or drinking anything (other than water) for 8 hours before the blood draw, therefore, we recommend testing in the morning. It takes approximately 7 to 10 days for us to receive the results, so the sooner you get your blood test done - the sooner you start your OHS Program.

Receive Your Evaluation

You will receive an email notification the moment your results are in, with a link to the secure client portal. The OHS's expert staff will review your lab results and personal medical/health history. From this we will develop a personalized OHS program consisting of nutritional and naturopathic supplements, vitamins and bio-identical hormones (if needed). Your recommended OHS program is delivered to a OHS Provider in your area – with your current doctor and/or healthcare provider invited to participate, if you prefer.

Begin Your Personalized OHS Program

Once you have reviewed your personalized OHS program and receive all vitamins, supplements and (if necessary) bio-identicals, it is time for you to begin your customized OHS program. You should start to feel the benefits rather quickly. However, the OHS method is a partnership between you and OHS and your feedback is an important part of the OHS Method. As your body adjusts to your program, we may need to make slight modifications. Depending on your medical/health history and the complexity of your personalized program, the optimization process can take anywhere between 1-week to 3-months.
